Moroccan National Association of Rural Geographers

About us

The Moroccan National Association of Rural Geographers (ANGRM) gathers academics, researchers and practitioners dedicated to the study of rural spaces in the Kingdom.

Founded to unite the Moroccan scientific community around rural issues, the association organizes symposia, round tables and study days, and publishes work on agriculture, spatial planning, environment and the social dynamics of the countryside.

Our members work at the major Moroccan universities — Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, Fez, Kénitra, Agadir — and collaborate with public institutions such as the HCP, INRA and ADA.
